Digital Downloads

Jot & Leaf products are digital PDF downloads. Because files are delivered instantly after purchase, all sales are generally final once the download has been made available.

When We Can Help

If you purchased the wrong item, cannot access your download, received a damaged file, or were charged in error, contact us and we will do our best to make it right.

Duplicate Purchases

If you accidentally purchase the same product twice, email us with both order receipts and we can review the duplicate order.
